Refund & Cancellation Policy
1. Fees for Tarot Eye Opener/Professional Tarot Reading Membership, Events, Webinars, Workshops, and Other Activities
2. Fees
2.1 Membership Fees:
– Members who have paid under the wrong membership category are eligible for a refund. The amount paid will be refunded, and the member will need to re-submit payment under the correct category.
2.2 Workshop/Webinar/Event Fees:
– Participants are eligible for a refund if the workshop, webinar, or event is cancelled.
2.3 Overpayment:
– If a member/participant/delegate has paid more fees/charges than prescribed due to technical reasons, the excess amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
2.4 Failed Payments:
– In the case of failed payments, members/participants/delegates must re-submit payment within the deadline or before the expiry date of their membership for the year.
2.5 Payment Error:
– In the event of a payment error due to network communication/connectivity problems, if your registration/confirmation form does not get registered and an amount has been debited from your account, please promptly inform us by sending an email to [kartik@acharaya.in](mailto:kartik@acharaya.in) with “FAILED PAYMENT or PAYMENT ERROR” in the subject line. Include the following information:
– Event Name (Year)
– Membership Fee (Year)
– Name of Participant/Member/Individual
– Registered Email Address
– Name of Company
– Name of Bank
– Account Holder Name
– Account Number
– Debit or Credit Card Number
– Transaction ID
– Transaction Date
– Registration Number (if applicable)
Note: All refund requests must be made within [insert number] days of the original transaction.
3. Cancellation Policy:
3.1 Workshop/Webinar/Event Cancellation:
– If a workshop, webinar, or event is cancelled, participants will receive a full refund.
3.2 Membership Cancellation:
– Membership cancellations are subject to the terms and conditions outlined in the membership agreement.
3.3 Non-Attendance:
– Refunds will not be provided for non-attendance at workshops, webinars, events, or other activities.
